A path that very frequently the cyclist runs into on outdoor roads and that can be a very training experience on a stationary bike.
Characteristic of the training are the low cadences, both in the flat and climbing sections.
It will therefore be essential to work with adequate resistance in order to reach levels of intensity that will reflect the set target according to the purpose and the training plan.
